Can't Find Your Tracking Info?
If it's been more than 3 business days since you ordered and you still haven't received a tracking email, check your spam folder first. Then email us at orders@tavorym.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
Package Not Moving?
International shipping can sometimes show no updates for 5-10 days during transit. This is normal. If tracking hasn't updated in 15+ days, contact us.
Package Marked As Delivered But Missing?
- Check with neighbors and around your delivery location
- Verify the delivery address matches your order
- Contact your local post office
- If still missing after 48 hours, email us — we'll help file a claim
