Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

Not satisfied? No problem. We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@tavorym.com with your order number
  2. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us
  4. Receive your refund within 5-10 business days after we receive the item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been opened, used, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned for a refund but may be eligible for warranty replacement.


12-Month Warranty

All Tavorym products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails under normal use within 12 months of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.
