Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Free worldwide shipping, 15–25 business days depending on your region. US and Europe usually land in 15–20 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. If you're unsure about customs or availability in your region, email orders@tavorym.com before ordering and we'll confirm.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also paste the tracking number on our Track Your Order page.

Are customs and import duties included?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes. These are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the recipient. See our Shipping Policy.

Product Compatibility

Will TriFold, DockHub Pro or BlackShield work with my laptop?

The screen, dock and privacy filter products need a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode (or Thunderbolt 3/4). That covers every MacBook from 2018 onwards, most Windows laptops from 2020 onwards, and modern Chromebooks. If your port only says "USB-C charging" or "USB 3.0 only", it won't do video output. Email us your laptop model and we'll confirm before you buy.

Does FoldKey work with iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows?

Yes — FoldKey is Bluetooth 5.2 and pairs with up to three devices simultaneously. It works with iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Windows and Android out of the box.

What phones work with PowerMat XL?

Any Qi-enabled phone: iPhone 8 and later, Samsung Galaxy S-series, Google Pixel, and most Android flagships. The 15W charging zone is marked on the mat.

Does BeamPocket need a phone or laptop?

BeamPocket takes HDMI, USB-C video, or WiFi casting from iPhone and Android. It also has an internal 2-hour battery, so you can project untethered.

Setup & Use

How long does setup take?

Under 60 seconds for most products. TriFold, DockHub Pro, AirLift and BlackShield are all plug-and-play or snap-on — no drivers, no software.

Do I need external power for TriFold or DockHub Pro?

For light workloads the USB-C cable carries both data and power. For heavy use (three displays at full brightness, or charging a big laptop through DockHub Pro) use the passthrough 100W power adapter.

Can I use TriFold with only one extended screen?

Yes. Either side can be disabled in your OS display settings.

How does TidyDesk mount without drilling?

Everything uses 3M VHB adhesive. It holds on wood, laminate, glass and metal. Install takes about 10 minutes.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. 12-month manufacturer warranty on every product against manufacturing defects. AirLift ships with a lifetime structural warranty because aluminum.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email orders@tavorym.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately — no return needed for damaged items.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna where available. We use Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout with 256-bit SSL.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Can I get a wholesale or bulk discount?
