How to Hide Cables Under Your Desk Without Drilling (A 10-Minute Guide)

Step 2: Mount Your Power Strip Up There Too

Step 3: Braid The Runs

Braided cable sleeves turn three or four parallel cables (monitor, dock, charger) into a single clean tube. Use them for any run longer than 30cm.

If your desk has holes, grommets hide the ragged cable ends. If it doesn't, use adhesive clips to route cables along the back edge instead of through the top.

Step 5: Leave Slack

Don't yank cables taut. Leave 10–15% slack so you can reposition your monitor or grab your laptop without pulling the whole setup off the desk.
